Maldives Islamic Bank has announced that its annual general meeting will take place on 10 November.
The AGM will be conducted online through the Maldives Securities Depository's Faheevote platform starting at 10:30 am. The agenda includes the appointment of a nominated director to the board and the election of a director by shareholders.
Shareholders registered as of 2 pm today are eligible to participate and vote. Those wishing to attend must register via the Infinity portal or by emailing the bank's investor relations team by 10:30 am on 8 November.
The bank has urged eligible shareholders to complete registration early to facilitate smooth participation. Registration forms are available on the MIB investor relations website.
