Dhiraagu has opened applications for its 2027 Apprenticeship Programme, offering Maldivians aged 18 to 30 the chance to gain paid workplace experience while developing professional skills.

The programme, a long-running corporate social responsibility initiative, is open to those who have completed A-Levels and are not currently in full-time employment. Applications close on 30 November 2026 and can be submitted through the company’s website.

Participants will receive structured on-the-job training in areas including analytics and business intelligence, brand and marketing communications, cloud and IT services, cybersecurity, financial accounting, human resources, revenue assurance, sales, and stores and procurement. Soft skills training in time management and project planning is also included.

The intake will be offered at Dhiraagu’s headquarters in Malé and operational centres in Kulhudhuffushi City, Eydhafushi in Baa Atoll, and Laamu Atoll. Since its launch in 2009, the programme has enrolled 312 apprentices, many of whom have gone on to careers at Dhiraagu and other organisations.
