Dhiraagu has opened applications for its 2027 Apprenticeship Programme.
The programme is open to Maldivian nationals aged 18 to 30 who have completed A-levels and are not currently employed full-time. Applications close on 30 November 2026 and can be submitted through the company’s website.
Participants receive paid, structured workplace training in areas including analytics and business intelligence, brand and marketing communications, cloud and IT services, cybersecurity, financial accounting, human resources, revenue assurance and business control, sales, and stores and procurement. Soft-skills training is also included.
Placements are available at Dhiraagu’s head office in Malé and at operational centres in Kulhudhuffushi City, Eydhafushi in Baa Atoll and Laamu Atoll.
The programme has run annually since 2009. The company says 312 young people have enrolled since its launch, with many alumni later working at Dhiraagu or elsewhere in the private sector.
Dhiraagu describes the initiative as its flagship corporate social responsibility programme for youth empowerment.
